Dopamine... it’s like a drug

   * When you fall in love your brain is flooded with dopamine, and is signaled for more
   * The more you get the higher you feel
   * People in love have higher levels of dopamine
   * Helps the brain process emotions, pleasure, pain
   * Makes you want to repeat an experience if it once caused a sense of well-being
   * Makes you feel as if you need something repeatedly to be happy or you desire something for continued pleasure
   * Makes you dependant on something a prisoner to a habit
   * Causes intense pleasure
   * Skyrockets during sex
